About NEURALSENS

NEURALSENS investigated smart gas and temperature sensors with neural-network-based data processing directly within the sensing system. The project combined expertise in sensing materials, device fabrication, experimental characterisation and Sensory Neural Network (SeNN) modelling. Implemented from January 2024 to August 2026, it was coordinated by the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, in partnership with Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, and the Institute of Informatics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
